Our Guarantee requires you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights. Once that, if you do not find the mattress comfortable, you are able to exchange it within 90 days of your delivery date. In the event of a return or exchange of any subsequent mattress purchase, you will be responsible for paying all shipping charges. If you order the incorrect size mattress and would like to exchange for a different size, you'll be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges to exchange the mattress.
Returns
You are responsible for repacking the mattress and for finding the required re-packing materials (i.e. plastic bags, boxes, packing tape etc). We do not expect you to compress, or put the mattress back in the original box. Free boxes can often be found at appliance and furniture stores. We do not cover the cost of these packing materials if free options cannot be found. You will need your Invoice number to begin using this form. Please remember, you must wait 30 days from the date of Invoice before returning your mattress. This policy ensures that you've allowed enough time for your body to adjust to the feelmemory foam mattress.
What will happen if I want to cancel my order? memoryfoammattress4you.co.uk.com processes and ships orders very quickly. If you place an order before 15:00pm GMT, it will be shipped out the same day (unless the item is not in stock, in which case you will be notified by email or phone). Because of this quick turn-around time, it is very difficult to stop an order once it has been created. If an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Refused Delivery Policy will apply (below). Please make sure this is the bed or mattress you really want before completing your payment for your order as the timeframe for cancellations are very small. A handling charge of £50 applies
What will happen if I refuse delivery? If you refuse delivery and the mattress is not damaged, the product will be returned to us. These refused orders will be subject to round trip shipping charges before a refund is issued. Charged at £50.
What if the product is defective or damaged/broken during shipping? If you receive a defective or damaged product, please write to us immediately. The defect or damage will be noted on your account, and at our expense, we will arrange for your item to be picked up. As soon as we receive and inspect the defective/damaged/broken} item, we will immediately ship your replacement.
Exchange Terms If your new selection costs more than the original mattress, you pay the difference. Select a mattress of equal or greater value, memoryfoammattress4you.co.uk will not refund the difference if the new selection costs less than the original. Stained or unsanitary mattresses do not qualify for exchange. memoryfoammattress4you.co.uk Guarantee permits only one exchange, but manufacturer's warranties apply to new selections.
