Shipping and Delivery

We have a next day delivery service on our product range, we will always try to get your order ready for next day delivery - should for any reason a delivery is not able to be scheduled for next day due to problems on the supply side, we will alway try to offer you a different day for delivery. We will try to get your bed or mattress delivered in the best possible condition and in the best time frame possible.

We operate a 2 man delivery service

In order to nsure your property is delivered to you in the bet possible condition we insit that it is only ever delivered by 2 people in a suitabl vehicle. Sadly this may result in a higher price then any other companies, we will endeavour to get your bed or mattress to you by a delivery company with experiance in delivering household and bedroom furniture and mattreses.

You should note the delivery service has severeal conditions which are the following:

The cut-off point for this service is 3pm – any orders placed after 3pm may not be processed until the following day.

Certain areas of Northern Scotland take up to 1-3 working days. It is an all day service between 7am – 7pm.

If a customer is not there to take delivery when the driver turns up, there is a carding charge.

With any deliveries we ask the customer to check the boxes before signing for them. Though if the box is fine, but the item inside damaged, we will still replace. (Photo evidence required whenever possible.)
